Being a busy working mum and understanding the demands this brings, Shelly is a pre and post natal exercise specialist focusing on women's health at all stages of life. She is also an exercise referral specialist with the knowledge and skills needed to support those with medical conditions such as COPD, Asthma, Arthritis, Diabetes and Obesity. Of course this list is not limited. In her own training Shelly's passion is strength and weight training, she loves nothing more than a gym session and has been known to occasionally dabble in the odd triathlon.
Lee is not only a personal trainer but also a triathlon coach. His focus is on multisport, predominantly triathlon and other endurance disciplines. Lee is a qualified run leader and blind guide runner. With an interest in the nutritional aspect of training and how this impacts on performance both physically and mentally we can offer a holistic approach to developing a positive sustainable change in your wellbeing. Lee has completed events at all distances from 5k runs to full distance triathlons giving him the experience to be able to guide you on your next challenge.
